As a library consultant, researcher, trainer, and advocate based in the U.S., Beth works with libraries of all sizes from around the world to understand their needs, help them adopt and improve trauma-informed approaches for addressing these needs (benefiting both staff and patrons), and increase support for staff. Having collaborated with libraries for nearly nine years, she brings a wealth of knowledge about the challenges of library work and innovative solutions for addressing these challenges. Dr. Jane Garner
An Australian researcher and educator, Jane has spent her career helping libraries support marginalized and underserved populations and learning the needs of library staff for serving these individuals and communities. She brings years of experience working in and with libraries to this podcast, and is excited to share what she’s learned to help others find solutions to their challenges.
